So which is the real deal here? There hasn't been any significant findings or real proof of existence for any religion to support there righteousness .I think religion is to just balance the good and bad through out the world.I mean how hard is it to choose from right and wrong?? But then again what is right and what is wrong these days:confused::eek:. Peace out.:)

Your whole purpose is to TRY to offend Christians, no one is fooled but the fool.

You and others have yet to show and explain one place that the Bible has been amended to accommodate the changing times. Yet you and your buddies keep on posting stupid comments like that with no proof. But instead of giving proof you will bring out the next item like 'why are there no virgin christians' or 'kkk are christians' or 'hitler was a christian' kind of comment.

nothing to see here... move on... no new comment, just the same old line with no proof....

3000 Americans had a similar dream on 9/11.

752 people had a similar dream on 7/7.

2,241 people had a similar dream on 3/3.

Nearly 5,000 people had a similar dream 8/7/1998

    It's called a nightmare.

To answer your question, no, I do not think that at all. The bible has stood the test of time and has been a consistent source of great encouragement and faith to billions of men and women over the centuries.

Not to offend you. But just to inform you. One example:

1 John 5:7 (KJV): For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
1 John 5:7 (RSV): And the Spirit is the witness, because the Spirit is the truth.

One of them has to be wrong.

I'm not saying that you're not entitled to your opinion, but this is a common western-world misconception. First of all, the part of the Qu'ran that encourages Muslims to kill non-believers is 4:89. And, sure, it can be spun to sound murderous, but it's not as bad as the Bible...

Qu'ran (SHAKIR translation): They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.

Meaning: non-muslims want you to be non-muslim so you're all alike; don't be friends with them until they accept Allah; if they turn away from Allah (could mean treason) seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and don't accept any as friends during this time (they might be spies).

Bible, Exodus 35:2: Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.

Meaning: work on sunday and you'll be put to death.

You've got to understand the Quran was written 610-632 CE, which was a pretty hostile time in the arab world.

Now, a lot of people criticize muslims for being violent, but most don't know that these people have been persecuted since the beginning. They were killed off by the pagans, Christians, Mongols, communists, just to name a few...

I wish more people took "World Religions" I & II in college, it would really help to understand the culture...

I am a full blooded American, veteran, and served multiple OIF tours since 2003, but feel that Americans as a whole need to stop being so closed minded and try to learn about other cultures...

    Anyways, just my opinion...

Thank you! I'd like to think I could pull them up and out of the slump in ratings. CNN has a history of airing terrorist propaganda willfully for them. If I were there, this would not happen.

Obviously, I'd prefer to get into Al Jazeera where real progress could be made ;)
