The Best Way You Know of Finding affiliates to promote your clickbank product

The title pretty much says it all.

I want to know what other publishers do to find affiliates to promote for them. Offering high % per sale is one thing, but I want to know how to go about finding the affiliates not waiting for them to find my product.

Depending on the niche, you could just type the product into google and find some sites that are promoting a similar product, email them regarding your own product and away you go. However if you are in a smaller niche where this technique doesn't necessarily work very well, what else can be done?

    Ideas?

I would say show them how to sell your product. A lot of affiliates would love to promote your stuff as long as they know how they have to do it.

Affiliates are lazy. Offer them ALL the affiliate materials you can offer, including landing pages, articles, and GOOD keyword lists - to name a few.

Good points, have got an affiliate page up there now

I'll continue to add more promotional material as I write it. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

Provide lots of tools for affiliates, give full support, also a big one I find is promote your product yourself.

If you get sales for your product then you will find that alot of the affiliates find you.

Have a good product, good sales page, promote HARD!

    Hope this helps!

Don't go after experienced affilaites. go for Newbies. (they will readily work for you...)

There are TONNS of people here who want to make money. Be their mentor and teach them how to do things in related to your product. They Will definitely love to work for you if you teach them how to do things....

it's like a free workforce for you...

    my 2 cents!

It's not exactly free priyankeshu, it takes a lot of time to teach people to do things like that

You can always start up your own page about affiliate programs and try to promote some of your products on it

Well, where should a vendor let affiliates know that they have good affiliate pages?

I'm wondering the same thing as yabel89. I can provide all the materials needed but if no one finds it, not much will happen.

Never heard about nichejunky before, will look into it tho

    Hi,

You have sort of answered your own question.

What you need to do to get affiliates to find it is get the product out there in the niche and selling yourself first.

Then as affiliates are researching your niche they will find your site.

Or you can advertise like the post above, or on Clickbank if you have budget.

I have found with my products affiliates come after I made sales, once you have proven the product affiliates will join you.

Let me know if you need any help.

    All the best

    Chris
