The Best way to Verify Paypal Account At Current situation

Hi Guys i have been trying to verify my account from Jan 27 but in between Paypal has had issues with Indian Bank accounts.So The Verification process through Bank Is not working.
So i thought of Verifying My account through Debit Card but someone told that PP Doesn't Allow Indian Debit cards to be used for Verification so can anyone confirm this.
Also i don't have a CC though my Father has a CC so can i use his CC to verify the account? Will there be any issue but the statement will come after 1month so is there any quicker way.

I was thinking about VCC but someone said it wasn't that safe and could lead to PP account being banned.

Can anyone please help in this matter.

Yes you cant verify your account with debit card.But i dont know about if use your father CC.Can anybody clear this.

so Indian Debit card do work since someone told somewhere that they don't work that's why i was asking.Also can anybody tell is this Verification through Debit Card Working Fine currently when PP is having Trouble with Indian Bank accounts

use paypal alternative cause paypal does not support debit cards for Indians now use money booker or zoom ...

 

first i need to Withdraw money from my PP so i need to verify it to use Xoom.Also i prefer PP so can anyone tell if Indian Debit cards are supported or not supported by PP.
Else i will use a VCC but what are the problems i may face using a VCC

when your account will be limited you can't restore it anymore if you use CC or DC

booom mine is not a limited account i had that issue earlier but i submitted all my docs and it was resolved can anyone please tell if i can use VCC.Is it Safe enough?

 

You can verify using vcc, but at the same time, when your account already verified, you just add another card weither cc or dc, but you must add your own card because when paypal limited your acc. , they will asking you a document like your card statement, so you can proof it.

I'm not from India, but I got many customer from India buying my vcc to verify paypal, facebook, adwords, ysm, ebay, and shopping.

I verified my PP account with a debit card. It works fine. And i send payments through my debit card.

its safe man!
my accnt is verified from last 2 years.
no problems at all (fingferscrossed).

even if they find out ...give fake documents .
dats wot i did using photoshop.

 

i don't want to give fake docs i like to deal legit with PP.Also can i not use my Family members CC instead to verify though it will take time i think but i am not intending to give any fake docs i like to keep things sorted and authentic as far as possible.

 

Guys need some Real quick Info I wanted to know if i could use my Father's CC or not since people have not completely ruled it out.Can anyone confirm that I can't do it also since Indian Debit cards are not accepted i am really in a bad situation right now but i am very sceptical about using VCC so can any one please suggest a solution?
