The best way to start a blog?

    Hi all

    I was just wondering what the best way to start a blog is? What should your first post be like? Should I just jump in and start talking/typing?

    unless you already have an about us/me section setup, then a quick intro is appropriate. who you are, your background/why you're qualified, what you'll be covering, objectives.

    make it your elevator pitch, but in writing.

    then immediately post your 2nd post, and make it a good one.

    First of all you have to decide that with which niche you start your blog (you have some knowledge or information about that). Once you decide niche for your blog then go with it and start a blog on that niche. Share your knowledge and information through your blog with others.

    I never start a blog with just one post. I write up a few posts and post them. I backdate the timestamp so it doesn't look like the posts were all made on the same day.

    I think it's better for a reader's first visit to see a few posts rather than just one.
