    Hi All,

I need some advice on how to organise my keywords into AD GROUPS.

This might sound silly but I just 'don't get' how to do it!

Can someone please explain to me (in simple terms) how you do it and what the best / easiest way to do it is?

I would be EXTREMELY greatful to all who help!

    Thanks :)

You organise them into relevant groups, if an ad group starts looking like its listing not so relevant keywords you might create another adgroup for those keywords.

You need the ad group keywords to relate well to the landing page, also from what im aware, its best to use seperate adgroups per match type, so broad in one, phrase in another...

But people work in different ways, different variations.

The keywords within an ad group are also going to require relevant ad text for those keywords too.

Everything Pipes said is very correct and good information. I suggest the primarily goal is to make sure that you groups words together that all land to the same landing page as this will save you time in deeplinking in the future. You can then sub-categorise this group into keywords that are similar to one another or by match type as Pipes suggested.

Basically you need to establish a good relevant link by keywords in the adgroup, keywords mentioned in the ad text (by using the keyword insertion tool as an example) and keywords being located on that landing page.

Yes yet so true. Each Kw categories for one AdGroup, & don't forget to split test your ad unless you agree the first ad is the best adcopy.
One thing to remind: If you want to split test your landing page, create another adgroup for that, why? G is now disallow different destination url (same top level) in a single adgroup, again to provide quality experience to user.
