    I have to agree with OP, article marketing is one of the best SEO techniques.
    It takes and money but offer good ROI.
    I tried some blog comments but don't use them for ages (may 10 comments in half a year), don't like it, it's spamming.
    Forum posting is good for traffic and give a bit of SEO effect but you need to do just a few a months. Look, I don't even have a sig in this forum.

    There're other ways but AM is very good.
