I don't know much but I have seen good reviews about paid to blog, freebie trading and affiliate programs. I prefer clickbank. Newbies will also find freebie trading very profitable since you can get iPhones and other goodies for completing offers and will also get paid for the same. But it is only for US,CA, AUS and UK people,however, newbies can earn well from paid to blog sites or through freelancing!

I agree that the best way to make money is to make your own products and sell them on WF and here. But in order to be successful you have to be original and not just repackage other people's work. And it's harder to come up with new stuff mostly because a lot has been said until now. But if you do manage to find something new then you'll definitely be in the money.

Plus you need the space to store it. You have to deal with customers. Dropship ecommerce would be a distant second for profitability most likely. You have much less risk, if things don't sell. You have to deal with customers. Affiliate marketing can be very lucrative, but it is a slow process. No risk really. You're just a middleman, so no actual customers. Advertising revenue, if you have a site or are using a site such as Blogger, can be good, but is also a slow process to grow a following.

Depends which niche you're in. Also I don't think that it possible to have a cost of only $20. But I'm promoting broadband internet, which I wouldn' be able sell myself anyway. And it nets me $100 per sale.
In this case, its harder. We used to sell SEO packages via affiliate programs, and we sold a lot. It took us 4 months and large investment to develop similar packages in house, now we are selling both ours and our competitor's. Anyway, i wish you good luck in business
