Well I had a vast experience using the Paypal ( Really Sucks), Because they have very stupid policies specially for the Sellers. And they limit your account without any reason. Anyways here is the Method you can use to send and Recieve money Using From Paypal in any Country. To Send Money Just sign up for the account to the Paypal with the supported country near You. and put your Credit card/ Debit Card ( I use Virtual debit Card ) To get your limits lifted after that you can use it to send money without any problem. I use Virtual Visa. when i want to send money i just charge it and here i Go. I you want virtual visa let me know. To Recieve Money Well to Get money The best way is to get the 2Checkout.com account. If you have 2 Checkout account you can accept money with Credit cards as well as paypal. And the good thing is that they will deposit money to your account. and will not put any kind of limit on your accounts like paypal( a shit company do) Well sorry for my poor english but i tried my best to explain.
Method is not satisfied. Because when you verified your PP with VCC, in future you got limited access. What you do that time ? How you solve the limited access if they demand address verification ?
