    Got my attention. My gut feeling is telling me that the most heavily weighed factor nowadays is fresh, unique content. I don't have any solid proof of this, however.

    If you have a link on a page of a PR7 website, but the page the link is on is a PR0, is this link useless, or is the PR of the domain taken into account?

    Thats a good question even i am not sure about it. I donnt think its useless, it will help in SERPs but from PR point of view it may be useless.
