Seems like he is banned, mate!
    So, let me help you.

Unzip the downloaded file and upload all the files to wp-content/plugins .
Then, go to Plugins in Admin panel and activate it! :)

You guys will find a good list of dofollow blogs in my sig. I checked them all manually to make sure they have indeed removed the nofollow tag.

That suffers from the same problem as Comment Kahuna, not 100% reliable and limited in amount of entries in their database. Although, I would give them the edge.

There are a lot of Dofollow lists out there on the web. All started with good intentions, but are highly suspect on how well they are maintained.

One of the better ones I have found uses a custom search engine and is human verified. Current information seems to support that it is continually monitored and updated.

DoFollow Diver - The Premier DoFollow Blogs Search Engine

This is probably the best advice I have seen in this thread.

While getting a dofollow link from a blog comment may be preferable over a nofollow link, let's be realistic here. The weight of that dofollow link is considerably diluted when competing with other outbound links on the same page. Throw in the internal linking structure for the blog itself, and your comment link is not really worth the time.

What is worth your time, is a well thought out comment that actually contributes to the conversation -- and gets you noticed. Getting noticed should be your prime objective (not the link). This will get you traffic, and possibly added to the blogger's blogroll or have them posting about one of your articles from your blog.

Basically put -- make your link worth following in the first place.
