The best way to change the URL of a PR3 Wordpress blog?

I have a self hosted PR3 Wordpress blog that I'd like to move to a different url - because quite frankly the name of the blog sucks big time. What's the best way to go about doing this?

    Using Dean's redirect plugin?
Will I have to redirect the urls of each page manually to the new url? I have a lot of content.
Not too concerned about keeping the pagerank - I can get that again in no time but if there's a way to preserve or make it easier I'd appreciate any help.

    Thanks!

Oh yeah and how do I avoid a Google duplicate content penalty?

Use 301 redirects to point the old URLs to the new ones.
