thanks for the suggestion, but if you offer VPS also I would like to take a look at your plans and prices as well
Let me find the thread of camerons. EDIT: here it is http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=812919 If i needed a VPS that would be the one I would chose. Doesn't get much better than that right thur
Hey, Yes, you will find something better and awesomed http://wiree.net/vps/ Let me know if you have any questions what so ever
No don't think that Cameron. I don't want some sort of rivalry between anyone here at DP. And thanks everyone for the suggestions, I will take a thorough look through all of them to compare. If anyone has any more to introduce to me, feel free to post.
I'll have to ask, this is actually for a buddy of mine. I figured it's better to find a plan for him here than having him getting jipped by those "big hosting companies". I'll post approximate requirements when I get a hold of him.
What exactly are you looking for? Space requirements, bandwidth, budget? I am willing to bet that we have the best VPS's on DP performance wise, but they aren't for everyone. We don't give you enormous amounts of space for nothing, but if you want something fast...
How much are you willing to bet ? It's kind of ignorant to write something like that, as i am willing to BET that there is several hosting providers on these forums that can provide a service equally as good as yours if not better!
Ignorant? Not really. And that is what they call competition It's good for ya. But in all honesty, and I think most of you will agree, most of the services on DP are marketed for people with tight budgets, or unrealistic requirements. It is like all these people asking for 100GB space, yet they use 2. And I am not pointing out anyone specifically, and it isn't a bad thing, because there is a huge market for this, so it is great to take advantage of it.
it depends on what you are looking for - cheap - unmanaged vps? - or fully managed vps? - or semi-managed vps? - on which platform: Linux? Windows? - what kind of control panel etc. Cannot say who is the best without requirements
post the requirements and I can give you a price, windows or linux let me know, I won't screw you over, ask Iwhic or Cameron
