    Is there an opt-out option in every email you send 'em?
    How exactly did they subscribe, can you give an example url with a subscribe form?
    Did they actually subscribe or you just bought this list from somebody else who is claiming they did?

    Firstly your account has not been hijacked so you have a cheek in saying that
    Secondly you have submitted the content and you can change it as it says in the control panel "Edit" very clearly use that feature and you can edit your content BEFORE it is sent out. You won't get a refund because of a mistake you have made.. No one else has had this problem EVER since i have been doing this marketing.
