    Hello,

I have the idea to start a new forum community.
Which is the best strategy to start with? Is a blog essential to gain visitors?
Some people say that a community must have the forum only to be more active or people can be distracted by articles.
Some says that blog+forum combo is useful for search engine visitors.

I think having a blog can help you if you try to use the best keywords, at least thats how we do it in my case, the SEO agency we pay told me how it works and we are first in google because of that

A blog can help draw in visitors and keep things lively, but it’s about what vibe you want to create. If you think a blog adds to the discussion and keeps people engaged, go for it.

You can start a forum without a blog. If you’d like, you can implement a blog add onto your forum. Especially if you use xenforo as your based software.

if you need help getting your forum off the ground, you can get content bundles on https://administrata.net/

Hi. I think that on the forum you can post articles directly in the threads, without making a separate blog for it.
