the 'best' skins, are the ones you will eventually pay for, should you want one of the 'best'. there are a few nice free ones.
Well i know there are tons of them available,but i see most of the skins in directories designed by http://www.web-designers-directory.org/ the one i used for my directory, all i wanted to ask what other websites are foofering services like that?

Check vegabond's blog for some very nice free skins as well as custom work or his site at http://www.osdesigner.net/ Most everyone I know that has worked with him can't say enough about the work and support he provides.
I have only used one phpldtemplates but I had great communication all the way through,and after It was finished the support was excellent, his custom theme prices are also very good, shoot a email to him you will be surprised with the service.
