    I guess it's getting your site on top of google, yahoo and msn for a few certain top searched keywords... And gives you a really great conversions and not just to rank well on SERP...

    The best is the one who can understand the algorithm of different search engines and knows what needs to be done for getting better SERP on different search engines. He should also know what is link juice and details about the same... what kind of link building is done different kinds of websites.. etc.. etc..
