Optimizing your keyword tags is incredibly easy, and besides it has little to do with getting you to number one. I don't see why anyone would need a tool for that.

 

i use Google Keyword Suggestion tool, that will give me lot of variations and number of keywords for what i am looking for, including the search volume live monthly, local, global etc.

You may be right but Google tools facilitates you more then any other programs.
