    The Best SEO Title is one that accurately and succinctly describes the site for visitors. Don't keyword stuff it.

    A three word keyword phrase works best!

    One thing is to get a good SERP with the right title, but you have to think about the searching visitors too. If your title is only a meaningless keyword1, keyword2, keyword3, etc. , maybe you'll lose a large amount of visitors.

    You have to catch the eyes of the visitors with that title.

    Depending on the site
    * if you are a brand - Company name: keyword1, keyword2, keyword3
    * if you are typical site - 2 keywords and short description

    Another thing is I always try to stay below the 67 symbols :)
