    the strategy is.. use keywords with a lot of seeker but lower competition ( under 5.000.000 competitor ), and use on page optimization

    Search volume + attainable goal = good keyword

    To know if the goal is attainable you need to know the landscape of competition and where they are at in comparison to where you are at.

    On-page optimization is usually only enough in very low competition areas.

    Go through your competitors backlinks and add your links where ever you can.
