Hello guys, I don't know if this the right place to ask but I'm looking for a website where I could find really good graphic/web designer. I'm not looking for a big company but more like a freelancer who can provide this service at good price. Example site like: BuySellAds.com or similar (I don't want a cheap looking design) Please let me know.

Always ask them to send you their portfolio demonstrating their skill level and creativity. The more creative and skilled the graphic designer the more you can expect to pay them for services. Otherwise you can go use crowdsourcing sites i.e. 99designs to find freelancers to implement your ideas. HTH

i know some pretty nice designers over on wickedfire.com 's forums. If you haven't found what you are looking for else where, maybe this will help you out.
BTW, what are your requirements and budget. There still many companies who offer web design services at nominal price. Anyhow for freelancer, you can check Elance.com and Guru.com. These are one of the biggest marketplace to find professionals.
