How do you mean "best paying"? I suggest using a few at first and then comparing the click through rate with the amount of cash you get and then choosing the best program.
By "best paying" i mean paying higher CTR, higher Commission and on-time payments. Ok i made a note of maxbounty, Azoogle, CPA Empire. Which ones are better support-wise? And where should i start from? I have a proxy site too, does they allow placing affiliate links on proxied pages? (or which networks allow and which deny?) Thanks [sig spam removed]
