    is there anybody still paying per impressions? Impressions are pretty easy to generate (without any clicks).

    I seriously doubt you have enough traffic to go the CPM model.

    You would need +10k visits a day to make any income at all from CPM, you are much better off just using adsense

    What kind of CPM are you looking for? Popups/unders/exits are the best paying averaging about $3/1000 unique visitors. Paypopup . com is one. You can google more. If you looking for just impressions with no popups they pay significantly less. Below is a list with what they pay per 1000 uniques.
