I suggest you should open a store selling Coke and bread. All people need them and the potentials market is endless.

How much money are you going to save up? Opening a restaurant, store or dealership is not that cheap.

If you have enough capital and no prior offline experience then franchise is the best way to go

I agree with the above one.Go for a franchise route whether it is restaurants, joints, bars or super markets.if you don't have experience in running an system then go for the franchise route.

If you have experience in catering - open a restaurant, bistro or cafe.
If you don't - don't even consider it, the failure rate is very very high.

the best offline business for you is a business that can ANSWER A NEED in your community. what i recommend for you to do is to conduct a feasibility study --- see what the people need. don't look at the big picture yet --- focus on a micro area. if there are already too many food joints in your area, then it may be too much of a challenge if you open a new one.

also, always make it a point that you open a business that YOU YOURSELF ARE INTERESTED IN or you yourself are interested to know everything about. don't open a bar just because your friends think that it's a cool thing to do. open a bar because you like to, because you like to mingle with other people, because you know a thing or two about bartending, because you know what types of food will be a hit in your bar, because you know how to promote your bar well.

two cents from someone who has offline and online business :)

    Go into real estate.

Start by selling your store and then investing in an ONLINE business.

    My 2 cents.
