The best linking methods - sharing my 8 years of experience

In moderation, all those may help a little but Google keeps tightening the noose on all these artificial methods of boosting inbound links. In the long run, you'll never be able to maintain a good position in the SERPs without content that real people willingly link to.

 

The thread starter is right, and I'll add one more tip:
Try to write the best content in your niche and the links will come in dozens, automatically!
