Yes, wordtracker gives the good result. Keyword country can give good result too but you can use it only once.
I use Wordtracker, Keyword Elite and Keywords Analyzer. The best of the 3 , hands down, is Keyword Elite.
I've used wordtracker for a couple years now and have never felt the need to change. Maybe I should, call me oldschool I guess.

now that overture does'nt update anymore and most times you cant even access it anyway definitely wordtracker or google trends but g-trends does not have actual numbers, just a graph which sucks-
I use nichebotclassic.com. Its free and also pulls up information on blogs, groups and igoogle for the words you search. Its very good. I also use good keywords, you want to have more than one service.
My favorite tool is my competitors websites. I find these keyword trackers useless. Think about it if you have 10,000 web designers using the same software they are all going to get basically the same results and end up targeting the same keywords and no one gets an advantage. Where they really miss the boat is that they are not very good at picking up regional variations in language.
Although I use Google Keywords I would never say ANYTHING is good enough when it comes to web design/marketing... finding the site that works best for you and your situation is crucial to getting every penny out of your ad budget and getting up every rung of that ladder in the search engines. Zelo
Free keyword tool is not accurate, i use google trends to compare keywords with a keyword on which i rank on first page. just to have a rough estimate.
I have developed a rather unique approach to developing keywords. You can read about it on my blog at http://tucsonseosolutions.com/pizza-and-beers-seo. It's worth reading just because it doesn't follow the pack... It is out of the box thinking.
