As others, I go with Google keyword tool.

 

the best is the google keyword external tool. but I also use http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/ when google warns me in too much using their keyword tool.

 

Market Samurai is the best for newbies. They have upgraded the program so it is better than it was last year.
