You are welcome. My recommend is that you perform some keyword analysis to search for the common keyword and use google to check the total numbers of search with the returning result at (For e.g. keyword = weight loss)

Results 1 - 10 of about 83,100,000 for weight loss. (0.13 seconds)

Base on the above result, you should narrow down your keyword and try to further analysis on the geographical location to identify the most people looking for the keyword around the world using google trend.

From the google trend, you can now perform the best place where the most people looking for some product.
