That is a really good read. Very inspirational for the start of 2008! I had no idea Donald Trump was a Billion $ in debt at one point.

I think that investment into education is very profitable. Mean into education of yourself. After that I think you should invest into your own business. And only if you have your own profitable business you should invest into realty, another persons' business and so on.
