    Depends, see below, starting from 1 Euro a month.

    If you are making money with your website and Russian roulette is your game, indulge yourself. You lose some of your income, and it cost you money to do so.

    You also have another option. You might as well go for free webhosting. There are some good free hosters.
    When your site goes down, at least it didn't cost you a penny to lose some of your income.

    Does it really matter where you host? It takes about 25 mini seconds for a byte to travel from US to Europe, it's a very short time.

    I don't believe this but I've actually registered so I could reply to this forum. eurospace.net is not reliable. I just put their address in and it came back as 'Temporarily Unavailable' WTH.
    I'm looking for a reasonably priced web hoster with an idiots' guide to setting up. I need wordpress, I need to be able to upload pictures, blogs, access to other sites and putting that access on my site easily. I need PHP, Javascript, SSl etc, etc. I am completely NEW to this so how about some sensible suggestions and not just advertising. I live in Spain so they must accept MAESTRO so I can pay them and not just Mastercard and Visa or Paypal. Anybody???? After spending the last 2 days trawling through the internet it's starting to get very frustrating. HELP

    Companies considered "Best" must have good customer reviews, but on the independent sites, not the affiliated ones.
    Such review sites exist and people can easily check the reputation of the hosting provider.

    Examples: hostsearch.com , resellerrating.com , cheap-hosting-providers.com and so on.

    I'm with Krond.org for about 4 years .. It's a Romanian company , but they also have a webhost platform in Germany , which I'm using and it's pretty good.
