The Best Host, At Any Cost...

    Who are the biggest, best hosts out there, with all kinds of options at different price levels, right down to a 24-hour a day native English speaking IT pro to solve server issues and teach idiot designers how to edit an .htaccess file and chmod the files appropriately?

    I've been impressed with rackspace.com and moniker's sales pages, anyone deal with them directly?

    Any other suggestions?
