Both Pepe Reina and Joe Hart are brilliant goalkeepers and are standout in the premier league at the moment. Reina's only problem is the fact that he doesn't have the strongest of defences in front of him, I think if he was playing with the defensive quality of somebody like Manchester City he'd be noticed a lot more for his brilliance.
lmao.. cmon Sensei.. do you think any other keeper would ve survived that Manchester city Borussia Dortmund game?
Joe Hart has been hailed as the world's best goalkeeper by Wayne Rooney after a stunning performance kept Manchester City's Champions League hopes alive.
Are we talking about the current best goal keeper in the world, or past best goal keeper? Today, none of the names has really lived up to the standard. But in the past, I would put some names together, such as Peter Schmichael, Edwin van de Saar, Buffon, etc.
Szcesny has improved greatly this year not sure if I would say he's the best though. Courtois at Athletico Madrid is also another outstanding keeper along with Begovic who I think will sign for a top team soon enough.
