    The best games depend on what genre you dig. I like sports and RPG games. NBA 2K has been a very impressive gaming series. When it comes to RPG games, I believe nothing could beat GOD of WAR and the Final Fantasy games (Try out FF7: Crisis Core)... Lately I've been stuffed with PSP games like: Smackdown Vs. Raw 2011, UFC undisputed, WWE All Stars, Kingdom Hearts, etc. For the PC, I think the best is Starcraft 2.
