    They are not cpm ad networks, thought AdBrite is, but they pay very low. The sites you listed are mostly ppc.

    Adsense also does cpm, why doesn't everyone just use adsense? Its the highest paying.

    AdSense does pay very good for ppc, but since they serve text and graphic ads all together the cpm is only counted for graphic ads. As far as I know AdSense has much more text ads than graphic ads.
