That's is my average cpm rate with them and compared to other ad networks that is very good. AdBrite, CpxInteractive, BlackLabelAds, Axill, and WidgetBucks they all pay very low for cpm, not even 10 cents.
I'd say Adbrite....but if you want to try something slightly different, check out TextAdMarket. CPD "Cost Per Day", is similar to CPM because you can see how many impressions and unique impressions your banner will get before you buy a day of ad space.
There is few programs not mentioned here at www.pay-per-impression.com best would be really paypopup.
No CPM is metric only used for measuring how much you make per 1000 views. I didnt see program that would pay both. Paypopup doesnt have this option, you would have to combine with their Clicksor which is CPC.

You should update your website with some new cpm ad network and current cpm ad network that you did not include such as Cpx Interactive.
