I really dont think there's ONE BEST directory to submit sites to. I kinda use my own "scan" strategy while choosing directories...
I think DMOZ would be your best bet and the ones that tackle the best category of your targeted niche. Use the following code to Google related directory: {keyword} + “add a site†{keyword} + “submit urlâ€
Best ones to submit are those that appear in search engine for your targeted keywords results if any.
We cant tell which one is better but you can only focus on high PR directories cuz all those will give you much benefit.
