    its very cheap its less then 0.01 per directory submission i dont think you can find it cheaper any where else.

    I submitted a website, it's still sitting in "pending" status....

    Its a PAID TOOL if i am not wrong, because it won't allow to submit without adding credits to the account.

    Yes it costs users to run the submissions. IF your getting a Pending Submission click refresh and they should work if they dont then wait a few hours and the credits will be refunded to your account for you to start again.
