So, quick question. Do you own these directories or have a special relationship with them? I ask because you said earlier in the thread it is okay to use deep links. As a directory owner (I own a lot of directories) I never accept a free deep link submission. So, unless you have a special relationship with these directories I would assume that many of them would not end up approving if you used a deep link. Please advise.

Hello, I ordered submission on 02/12/2011. But for more than week it wasn't done.

Then I sent several requests via the contact form but without answers. Then I opened PayPal dispute and a miracle happened - I received the answer in the paypal dispute: "...your credit has been added to your account sorry about the delay, im unsure why this was not added.plese close this dispute and submit your website...".
I thought the problem was solved and closed the dispute. And I stayed alone the without submission and my money back because the work is still not done and nobody answers my requests.

And now I have a question - is it some form of a badly organized business or just vulgar fraud?

 

You do the orders yourself we dont do anything its all automated, the payment issue we had was solved within 24 hours it was due to paypal and vat issues, thats why some users didnt get credits added because the site wasnt picking the orders up, the email for support tickets are answerd within 48 hours we do not work weekends, if you opend a paypal dispute then you wont have got a ticket response as I will have answerd your problem in paypal. If you have any problems feel free to send me a PM here and i will look into it.

yes the links are permanet they take around 2 months to fully index like any directory submission service, alot of them are faster but for the full effect its around 2 months. Some links will show in a few days others take a few weeks.
