The best directory submission? Really ?

Discussion in 'Directories' started by MyArtGallery, May 27, 2008.

I saw here some members that submit websites to many directories for a one time fee (for a suspicious low fee).EG: manually submission to 500 directories for 12 USD :) ...do you repally belive this???? LOL ..or do you really belive those 500 directories are quality ones ??

However does anyone ordered a "story" like this?? Any positive experience in google ranking with these submissions?

    Thanks

Usually when you see "manual submission to 500 directories for $3" its a scam as they use crappy software which will do you no good what so ever.

Manual submissions are usually $25-$50 for 500 submissions. I offer this service for a competitve price and it is truely manual. Check my thread :)

I did one for 900 submissions just so I could do a paper on it. The results were quite funny and so far only 3 links were obtained. Most of the directories had 20 plus pages in the topic of submission and the pages were of course not cached.

Yes stoner...these 500-600-1000-2000 etc directories submissions are stories. You will end up on maximum 10 links back or mostly no links back. I suggest to manually review yourself all directories and to submit only to those who worth. Usually a good directory is reciprocal or paid one (never a free directory!!!!!!!!) No directory can offer quality links back if it receive thousands url submission because its free...let's be realistic....
P.S. For 10 usd I can buy a cup of cofee and submit my link to few selected directories all the night :)

I have my own software... and I submit to my selected free dirs list.
So I can be sure about the result. I am not doing this for money because it is time consuming, and if I ask enough money to satisfy me... more than 100% won't be ok to you. So from time to time... I do this for my own websites with my own software...for selected directories.

I never did this for a while ... long time... because I saw that on some free directories... when the links are apporved in mass... you might end up listed near a casino or other crap websites. So in this case... I prefer not :)

But for those who have time and have a good decent list pf free directories... like the one from vilesilencer... it is ok.

    Thanks,
    hyper :)

What you pay for is what you get, manual submission is always better than automated submission.

I am one of the directory submitters. :) I got into this business because I got benefits for my site from directory submissions I did manually. I will go with manual submission.

I dunno. this is a good question. I guess if free directory you could get your value out of it. say the person owns 20 directories or something. they agree to submit your site to all there directories then id do it. and ask for an email of course with links to prove it true. not all free directories carry bad results. i mean if your gonna pay might as well just buy featured spots on the free directories. Most offer spots some are $1 each some a little more. Just gotta be careful who you use and ask questions before the purchase.

I provide also manual submission services like article submission, directory submission, blog and forum posting services means completely link building services but completely manually.

I am sure if you are using auto submission way then you have not good collections of directories because quality and popular directories change always his categories and subcategories according to market demands.

Like if you today submit your link to Internet >> SEO and your site is related to link building, if there are no categories under SEO then it is fine but if some visitors make requests with admin to make a categories with link building under SEO and admin also make them because he hope for more link in this categories.

Then how can you manage this changing with software?

Manual Submission is forever quality way :)

    Thanks
    Suraj:)

I don't trust such services. Although expensive, I prefer big companies or do the submissions myself most of the time.

Good question, but let me tell you something interesting. I'm one of these submitter. We do manually submission and we can manage to get low rate. Why?

Reason one: We employ many people, currently we employ over 20 person for submission, and since here we can hire people at a low rate (we're in asia), we can offer such low price and fast service.

Reason two: We manage to get minimum number of orders we should accept to cover the operation cost. So as long as we can keep getting daily minimum order, we will never broke :)

    Simple right?

Directory submission is really a boring job and takes time. At the very first time you try, 2 directories per minutes is fast. But as we do this daily and all days, we can manage the speed a few times higher than 'normal person'. :D

I am starting to use a new semi-automatic directory submitter.
    Has about 1500 directories.

It does make the job of submitting to directories a lot easier.
Input my details once, then go to each directory in the list, up to 10 at a time, and it adds in most cases my details and all I have to do is pick the right category or sub-category and hit submit.
