The best dedicated ip address special on the internet!

I am selling dedicated ip addresses for the price of 1 dollar per month.

    MUST READ:
I am currently offering a limited time special for digital point members on my dedicated ip addresses.
The special is as follows: Buy 2 dedicated ip addresses from me and you will get a 3rd ip address for FREE!
Thats a total cost of only 67 cents per dedicated ip address!

I am so confident that my dedicated ip address special is truly the best deal on the internet, that if you find any place on the entire internet where you can purchase 3 dedicated ip addresses for less than 2 dollars per month then I will personally give you 1 dedicated ip address for FREE!

    This is not a gimick.
You simply purchase the dedicated ip address and have it transfered to the domain name of your choice.

It does not get better than this!
This is a very rare offer, and I am only providing this special for a very limited time.

    Thank you!

    Hello,
It is not possible to assign an IP Address to a domain name which is not hosted on your servers; at least not hosting-wise. So you are implying that you also need to purchase your hosting as well? I am not interested in either, I am just wondering.

    Thanks,
    David

That is incorrect. You do not need to purchase hosting. You can host your domain name where ever you want to, and the ip address will be transfered to your domain name and the host of your choice at no extra charge.

    Hello,
IP Addresses are server-specific. You cannot transfer from one server to another unless they are both in the same datacenter and network port.

    Thanks,
    David

    You are wrong!
Let me ask you. Did you manage to find a better deal on the internet on dedicated ip addresses then this?

    I guess not...

    Hello,
Just to clarify my response. You can forward an IP Address to a domain name, but unless it is on the same server's IP Address pool, it isn't truly dedicated to that domain.

    Thanks,
    David

And how much do you charge for your servers!
To clarify, my service is compatible with shared hosting, vps hosting, and dedicated hosting.

Also the ip address is truly dedicated to your domain name.
The way it works is that your host needs to add the ip address to their servers.

I have a customer here who is interested in my service.
If you are not interested then I do not appreciate you doubting the integrity of my service.

    Hello,
The host cannot add it to their server unless the datacenter owns the IP. Period, the end. A host cannot physically add an IP Address to their server unless it's been assigned to that server specifically, it is illegal otherwise.

    You are being rediculous.
I have no further reason to reply to any of your rediculous statements.

I already have a client who is interested in my service, and I am in the process of setting this up for him.

Again, please stop trying to injure the integrity of my service.

I am first setting everything up for him on a sample domain, so that I can prove that this works.

Should be interesting to see how this turns out. I also thought that IP addresses were server specific.

Maybe we're all wrong? ....but I doubt it

IP address is network specific (being the data center here)

your ip can be moved to any server in the same data center and this what happens when you leave your server, they give your ip to someone else etc ...

You can't just go assigning IP addresses wherever you want, unless the subnet is being routed by the data center you'll never be able to reach it. As an example, assign you home computer a public IP address. Now ask your friend to ping it. Will it work? No.

I suggest you do some reading before making such claims.

It's possible you've just described what you're trying to do poorly/wrong.. How about trying to explain again, we might be able to figure out exactly what you mean.

This CAN'T be done. First time i hear this. If you are a user you may only use IPs assigned to you, by your hosting provider. If you are a hosting provider you may use IPs assigned to you by your datacenter and then assign them to your clients. Each datacenter is assigned a range of IPs and IPs are not transferable across datacenters. You may have the domain hosted somewhere else and add A Records to point to your IP but files must be hosted also there.
