    Hello,
    I need advice from experienced people.
    I have traffic from europe about 30 000 unique visitors daily, i'm searching cpm network with popunder ads which has the most high rates (min 2$ per 1000), also it will be better if there will be daily payout.

    Spend more time in promoting rather than improving their networks thats stupid

    Bad earnings for trafficbroker dont waste time with them

    too much better alternatives out there

    You should try Adsterra, contact Slava via Skype: slava.adsterra for asking flat rate for EU traffic. As far as i know, they pay flat rate $2.85 CPM.
