I've only really used Adsense. I have tried Kontera but the earnings are horrible so I stick with Adsense
For many reasons they think your account should be banned and those reasons can be explained in their contract sheet that you agree on it before starts as a publisher. Those reasons can be: invalid clicks through multiple or robots clicks, illegal actions just like editing your code of publishing that they give you, they had their reason to do that. Sometimes they are right and other times they just banned it and you didn't do any mistake or took any illegal action... but there are always reasons that they inform you by after banning your account..
Voice2Page (net audio ads) has been the best for me by far. I also know it will continue to be the best into the future. The payout is much higher than Google AdSense ever could give me.
