The BEST Article Submission Sites Around

I am looking to promote my football/soccer blog carefully through publishing my thought-provoking articles on the best Article Submission sites. Whilst I update daily with news and results etc., it is my discussion articles and columns that bring the most traffic to my site.

In order to get the best efficiency out of my work, I want to find the best 5 or so Article Submission sites to submit my articles to every time I publish one.

Would you guys have any idea of the BEST article submission sites - especially those that are football/soccer related??

I don't know if this on topic enough for you as its US based article site but has a sports section, allow anchor text links and approve articles quickly.

I submitted to this 5 days ago and the article's had 35 downloads, 5 diggs, 2 technorati links and is on 2 sites so far (that are showing up).

As a result, the keyphrases targeted for the full article on my blog (wrote 6 days ago) showed up 4, 5 & 14 in google within 2 days of submitting the article. Not sure if the diggs and technorati caused this or the article site.

Thanks for the intention, I had already found that post as well. I understand that there are so many article sites out there, that's why I would rather find the BEST few for my niche and post regularly in them, rather than saturating every single article site - which I see as far too time consuming.

So if anyone has any other great soccer/football/sports sites that allow articles submissions please list them here!

I will compile a list as I go and hopefully post the list in the future.

 

Iv found goarticle.com to be a great one.....And isnare.com is a good one to, although you do have to pay if you want control over the anchor text, their distribution network is huge.

 

It's not all that but I'm impressed with how quickly it got in the serps

I ended up using Article Post Robot. I did a 1 week free demo (which you can get too) and liked it so much I bought it. I used to use articlesender.com but the site is DEAD.

 

I may give the trial a go. I'm not sure it's what I would perfectly want though - I would only want to place my BEST articles in article submission and then keep things ticking over with news, results etc for regular readers on a daily basis.

For those into soccer/football I've found two decent sites for submitting articles:

www.talksoccer.com and www.oleole.com

 

Here's a list of 80 article directories sorted by prominence... they also all take html, which i like.

The list that mtb167 posted above allows hyperlinks and anchor texts.
