    I like a lot of animated movies but I could say that I truly like the works of Pixar and Studio Ghibli. Thus, my vote goes for Up, Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle.

    One of my favorites is 101 Dalmatians. It has a very strong storyline dealing with good and bad characters and has the audience rooting for the dogs against the evil Cruella Deville. It's quite entertaining without being overtly violent. That's an oldie of course, so that explains why it's "clean" in terms of keeping down the violence and leaving things to people's imagination. These days, almost everything is ruled by unnecessary scenes of violence.
