A large majority of the networks offer weekly payouts if you earn a certain amount.
    Try webgains.com

Only problem with markethealth is it doesn't convert well. In fact between a few of us that have been in the pharm industry, we found the average conversion was about 1 in 400.

Affiliate programs are the ideal way to make our web site profitable. There are huge range of affiliate programs now available to choose which helps in making money by selling different products and getting commissions per each sale.

the best affiliate program is the one you can make money with ...
if you can do high volume of sales/leads any network or program would be willing to negotiate special payouts weekly/bimonthly etc...

signup with a handful of networks and programs talk to the aff manager... just ask them and they should tell you

It really depends on what your site is and how you promote it...there are a lot of networks out there that will give you an earlier, if not weekly payout if you generate a high amount of QUALITY traffic.

You can usually negotiate weekly payouts with any affiliate program if you sell a lot of their products.

Check out the link in my signature for my personal favourite affiliate programs.

When choosing an affiliate program you should look an numerous things and not what works for one person. Some programs will be profitable with one merchant while others will not generate a sale. Since you want paid on a weekly basis and by paypal you have already narrowed down your target.

Some things to now narrow it down are:

Do the programs allow parasites in or affiliates who use adware which can pop ads on your website overwriting your cookies and stealing your sales?

Is the program within your niche so that the ads are relevant to your content and visitors

Is the affiliate manager responsive and attentive in case you have a question/problem/or issue

Do they offer creatives or will they create banners and links for your needs and to fit your site

Are they established or do they have a bad reputation

    Etc....

Choose a program that fits your needs and is relevant to your sites/blogs, etc... and then work with it through there.
