I need a good link cloaker. When you hover over the link it should not show anything in the task bar.

Or it should cloak it to the actual website but without /mycode or /myname

Does anybody know the best and that is free also

    <a href="DOMAIN.COM/AFFILIATEID" onmouseover="window.status='DOMAIN.COM'" onmouseout="window.status='';"></a>

This might work but it's still not guaranteed, as firefox doesn't allow javascript to change the status bar text.

I have tried a couple - one at http://www.opoqo.com/AffiliateLinkCloaker/ will make a redirect. It's free and encrypted so no one can read the code. It does show your link as it takes you to the redirected site but just for a few seconds.

The other I have started using - see the link in my sig - is well cloaked but I think it does show very briefly as it opens the affiliate site too. The difference is that this one has a viral affect built in as well as tracking (if you open a free account and add your links on that way). I like the tracking ability.
You can just do it without an account for any individual links you want to use but you don't get to see your clicks that way.

I'd be happy to hear of any better than these myself.
