Not true... Commission Junction has a lot of incentivized offers. Others are listed at length in other forum threads here.
CJ has really limited their incentivized offers since I joined back in Oct 2007. I have a full list of sites below in my sig, plus a mention of those who have paid me already. If you have any questions, please let me know!
It's really evidenced also by the popularity of the get paid to industry which relys on these offers. There are countless sites in this area that rely on incentive based sites.... I agree about CJ but they have some good paid survey affiliates that allow incentives. CommissionXChange and "COPEAC" are also solid. Best of luck to you!
