I have tired both Blacklabelads and Adultadworld. If you have more traffic coming from US, UK, Canada, then use Blacklabelads. They paid good on these countries. If you have traffic worldwide like Asians, etc.. then I suggested Adultadworld. This is just my personal opinions. Good Luck with your site.
