oh my yes, refreshing the page many times shows google sometimes. they're loading the ads randomly. is that allowed??!! and it's certainly great blending.
Design is pretty cool and yes the ads blended so well to the point you'll not notice that it was an Adsense,. I dunno it is a good idea to maximize the clicks of your adsense But it was great. goodluck.
it is as far as I know, but you can't have both adsense and ypn displayed at the same time... if you know what i mean intellitxt is also contextual and i believe using that with adsense/ypn is not allowed

I like the way that site has their ads placed... If I were into using Adobe Illustrator I'd be the person clicking on the ads myself, knowingly... good job on that one...
