The best 1 page email/zip submit for dating?

    I am looking for the highest paying 1 page zip/email submit for dating offers. Obviously pay per lead. Do you guys know any good ones that pay pretty well?

    How much do your affiliate offers pay? The highest I have seen is $2.60 per email/zip submit (a one page submit also)
