Hey, For all your by-trade developer/programmers out there. I've been doing development by trade for about 4 years now, and about last year I put a lease out on an office to work out of rather than home. Since then, I've been able to network with new in-person clients from around the office (IBM Tower Clients). I never really saw the benefit of development clients in person as opposed to online but I'm seeing it now. I picked up a cheque from a client yesterday for $2,500 for a PHP/MySQL job that took me approximately 8 hours.
